After registering as a user by providing your mobile number and email ID, one can go to PROFILE and SWITCH TO ARTIST SIDE. After switching, one can create their artist profile by answering basic questions that include Stage Name, Art form category, etc., and upload necessary performance videos and images. This simple process ends with the submission of the artist profile to GetREAL. GetREAL will then review and verify the credentials of the artist before approving the artist profile to be listed on GetREAL, to be discovered and booked for GIGS by users around the world.
A mobile and email notification will be sent by GetREAL to the artist upon approval, post-verification of artist credentials. Upon clicking the notification, the artist will be led to the artist panel, which is exclusive to approved artists only.
As an approved artist on GetREAL, one can go to their profile and use the share button to share their public profile to their network through messaging and social media apps installed on their device, requesting people to rate and review their performance if they have experienced or witnessed it at some point.
When an artist has moved out of their base location, they can make themselves visible to users near them by “Activating GOG” (Gigs on the GO), a feature introduced by GetREAL.

A booking is considered to be complete when the status of the booking achieves a GIG COMPLETE status in the booking screen. This is achieved by the artist entering an OTP provided by the user post the GIG END TIME. Upon the artist entering the OTP in the booking screen, the booking achieves the GIG complete status to mark the end of a booking.

However, a chat window is established between the user who has booked an artist and the artist who has been booked by the user, which can be used to discuss these matters. The performance fee is normally credited 72 hours after the booking achieves the GIG complete status.
