Team VISUKHI, a very warm welcome to 2026!
VISUKHI was incorporated on 24th September 2024, and we formally began business operations on 1st January 2025, when I assumed full-time responsibilities at our corporate office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. Since then, the journey has been both exciting and challenging.
From the very beginning, we set ambitious goals for ourselves, namely to:
- Acquire strong core competencies in Computer Vision and Applied AI, and build robust technology blocks
- Develop innovative products for the global market
- Provide advanced technology services to partner and collaborating companies
- Engage actively in healthcare technology consulting and services
While our results so far are mixed and we are yet to fully meet our high expectations, I am proud to say that we have worked collectively on all these objectives and have made visible and meaningful progress.
Some highlights of our achievements so far include:
- Team VISUKHI has grown from 5 members a year back to a strong team of 20, with several senior professionals and consultants joining us
- We expanded our operations with a second office in Mangaluru in September 2025
- We have initiated work on four key product lines:
– Ultrasound hardware and software
– AI powered Oral/Dental Scanner
– AI for Endoscopy
– Medical Imaging and Information Platform - We have generated initial revenue through technology services, including the successful delivery of a working software prototype
- We have made early inroads into the African market, opening up potential opportunities in healthcare consulting
I sincerely thank Team VISUKHI for staying committed, building capabilities, and steadily making progress despite the challenges.
The road ahead is exciting, but it will not be easy. Year one was largely focused on establishing the fundamentals—talent acquisition, talent management, infrastructure, and financial and legal compliance as a private limited company.
In the coming year, our focus must shift decisively towards:
- Adding top-quality talent
- Strengthening core competencies
- Accelerating technology and product development
- Shifting to a higher gear with speed, focus, and execution excellence
To summarise, our key goals for the coming years are:
- Build strong core competencies and a high-performance culture
- Sharpen our focus and deliver tangible end results—at least one product and one key technology
- Establish clear execution pathways for sustainable revenue generation
- Deepen our presence in the healthcare consulting ecosystem and build meaningful engagements
Meeting—and exceeding—these goals is critical for our credibility, sustainability, and long-term success. This will require deep commitment, higher productivity, discipline, effective time and priority management, and above all, a strong sense of ownership and accountability from each one of us.
I want to assure you that I am here to remove any roadblocks that may hinder our progress and to support you in achieving these expectations.
